  • "No blame or sin is there upon the blind, nor is there blame or sin upon the lame, nor is there blame or sin upon the sick (that they go not forth to war), And whosoever obeys Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam), He will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow (Paradise); and whosoever turns back, He will punish him with a painful torment." [Al-Fath (48):17]

  • Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:

    Somebody said to the Prophet (during his last Hajj), "I did the slaughtering before doing the Rami.' The Prophet beckoned with his hand and said, "There is no harm in that." Then another person said. "I got my head shaved before offering the sacrifice." The Prophet beckoned with his hand saying, "There is no harm in that." [The Book of Knowledge Volume 1, Book 3, Hadeeth 84]
