  • "And Shaitaan (Satan) will say when the matter has been decided: "Verily, Allaah promised you a promise of truth, And I too promised you, but I betrayed you, I had no authority over you except that I called you, so you responded to me, So blame me not, but blame yourselves, I cannot help you, nor can you help me, I deny your former act in associating me (Satan) as a partner with Allaah (by obeying me in the life of the world), Verily, there is a painful torment for the Dhaalimoon (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.).""   • Narrated Abu Huraira:

    Allah's Apostle said, "(A believer) who accompanies the funeral procession of a Muslim out of sincere faith and hoping to attain Allah's reward and remains with it till the funeral prayer is offered and the burial ceremonies are over, he will return with a reward of two Qirats. Each Qirat is like the size of the (Mount) Uhud. He who offers the funeral prayer only and returns before the burial, will return with the reward of one Qirat only." [The Book of Faith Volume 1, Book 2, Hadeeth 45]
