  • "O you who believe! When death approaches any of you, and you make a bequest, then take the testimony of two just men of your own folk or two others from outside, if you are travelling through the land and the calamity of death befalls you, Detain them both after As-Salaat (the prayer), (then) if you are in doubt (about their truthfulness), let them both swear by Allaah (saying): "We wish not for any worldly gain in this, even though he (the beneficiary) be our near relative, We shall not hide Testimony of Allaah, for then indeed we should be of the sinful."" • Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:

Once the Prophet remained behind us in a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for the prayer which was over-due. We were just passing wet hands over our feet (and not washing them properly) so the Prophet addressed us in a loud voice and said twice or thrice: "Save your heels from the fire."
