"Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them and will say: "Where are My (so called) 'partners' concerning whom you used to disagree and dispute (with the believers, by defying and disobeying Allaah)?" Those who have been given the knowledge (about the Torment of Allaah for the disbelievers) will say: "Verily! Disgrace this Day and misery are upon the disbelievers." [An-Nahl (16):27]

Narrated Anas:
Whenever the Prophet spoke a sentence (said a thing), he used to repeat it thrice so that the people could understand it properly from him and whenever he asked permission to enter, (he knocked the door) thrice with greeting. [The Book of Knowledge Volume 1, Book 3, Hadeeth 95]
